There are 2 blobs ~2.08 GB in total size which are needed and provided separately, in order to keep the installer reasonable.

Place the .blobs to their permanent location that you will keep them at, then run as instance of the plugin. It will ask where the first blob is located, and once you direct it well, on you go.
