The assembly is based on the official image from MDSN: en-us_windows_11_consumer_editions_version_23h2_x64_dvd_8ea907fb.iso.

The installer from Windows 10 23h2 was used (SecureBoot and TPM 2.0 are not required).

Several components are disabled and the SMB protocol is enabled.

The PerfLogs folder has been removed.

The WinSxS\Backup folder has been cleared.

The WinSxS folder is compressed.

The \sources\sxs folder has been removed from the installation media.

Recommendations and notes:

To avoid having to go through the registration process when you first start: You can still use the OOBE\BYPASSNRO workaround, which does allow you to continue the installation without an Internet connection, but there is another easier and faster option that allows you to create a local account, even if active Internet connection.

When the installation reaches the screen where you need to add a Microsoft account, simply add any word as the Microsoft account name - for example: user.

In the next step, enter any password - for example: 123. Next, click Login.

At this point, you will see an error stating that the password for the account was entered incorrectly too often and it was locked.

However, the Next button is still available, click it.

Since the specified account is "locked", you will be prompted to enter your local account name.

When setting up your privacy settings (at the end of the installation phase), I recommend moving all the sliders to the left.

After installing the OS, I recommend doing a disk cleanup and running the following programs: Auslogics BoostSpeed ��and O&O ShutUp10.
