Vovsoft Directory Monitor is a simple and reliable tool for surveillance of folders and network shares. It can monitor and detect events occurring within your directories. For example, if you want a batch file to automatically run when a new file is added to the folder the application is watching, you can easily do this by using the "Create Action" button.
