Requirements

1. The Language Requirement Intermediate (B1) level of English or higher. Students should be able to understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work. A basic understanding of Khmer (Optional, but helpful as I provide cultural context and common translation tips specific to the Cambodian workplace).

2. Professional Context Current employment or seeking employment in a professional, corporate, or international environment. A desire to move into a leadership or management role where communication with senior stakeholders is required.

3. Mindset & Tools An open mind to unlearn traditional "school-style" English and adopt a "Professional/Business" mindset. Access to a computer or mobile device to download the provided scripts and email templates. No previous HR knowledge is required; I will provide all the professional context you need from an HR perspective.
