New function, new zones and re-design

- Enhanced Security: Introduced a secure erase feature that overwrites deleted data with random characters to prevent recovery.

- UI/UX Refresh: Redesigned the Settings screen with an improved dark theme. System settings have been moved to a dedicated button for better accessibility, and the unused "About" section has been removed to declutter the interface.

- Improved Localization: Added "Smart Scaling" for international text. If translated text exceeds the UI container, the app now automatically adjusts font size to ensure a perfect fit.

- Expanded Cleanup: Added support for several new cleanup zones.

- Bug Fixes: Resolved an issue where the "Ignore unavailable files" setting was behaving inversely. General stability improvements.
