Xrecode3 ( Xrecode II (Repack & Portable) is a popular and powerful audio converter that has a convenient drag and drop interface and supports most common formats, which allows you to quickly and easily convert audio data. Supports extracting audio tracks from video files and ripping of multi-channel Audio CDs. The ability to create one large audio file from several and create a .CUE file.
XRECODE3 is equipped with a convenient drag and drop interface. Supports RealAudio (.ra) decoding. Parallel conversion of multiple files. The source file can be converted into several formats at once. There is a built-in meta data editor with Cover Art support. Supports LossyWav. Multilingual interface. There is command line support.

Some settings options:
WMA: constant and variable bitrate available;
OGG: you can adjust either the quality, or set the average, minimum and maximum bitrate;
APE: compression only (fast > abnormal);
FLAC: also compression plus a number of specific functions, including LPC optimization and block size adjustment;
WavPack: "lossless" or "hybrid" with customizable bitrate;
AAC: quality, bitrate, bandwidth.
