Chasys Draw IES is a free program that is a set of applications, including working with layers based on a graphic editor with animation, with super-resolution images using Chasys Draw IES Artist technology, a multi-threaded image file converter Chasys Draw IES Converter, a fairly fast image viewer Chasys Draw IES Viewer and working with images from Chasys Draw IES cameras.
