A lot of work done on the forums and now... i'm tired as hell LOL!
Re-sorted the order of the forums and Emulation section created.
Admin/Mod forum added.
Welcome Lobby added which will greet new members.
Magnets merged into Resources and added tags when posting. (HTTP, MAGNET)
Also a sneeky beta FTP server test :)
