This file has been uploaded about +10Y ago. It is suited for slow internet connections or for mobile internet where transfer volume is limited. It's a ripped iso from windows 7 where only the repair functions are leftover. I have always a usb drive with this iso within reach in case of boot disruption. You can instantly bootup cmd or system recovery.
