This Windows 11 Enablement Package (KB5027397) serves a specific purpose: it activates the features of Windows 11 Version 23H2 Build 22631 when installed on a device that already runs Windows 11 Version 22H2 Build 22621.
Enablement Package: the Enablement Package acts as a "master switch." When applied, it activates the features of Windows 11, version 23H2 without requiring a full feature update installation.
Single Restart: by using the Enablement Package, devices can transition from version 22H2 to version 23H2 with just one restart, minimizing update downtime.
Advantage of new Features: once activated, devices can take advantage of the new features immediately.

Requirements: Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.2361 or higher/later.
To find out the build number of Windows 11, you must follow these steps
1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type winver and press Enter.
3. The About Windows dialog box will appear, displaying the version and build number of your Windows 11 installation.
If you don't already have Build 22621.2361, you need to install the Moment 4 Update before the Enablement Package.
